Judy Topich is a proud product of Virginia Commonwealth University.  She has taught at VCU for the past ten years in both the English Department for the College of Humanities and Sciences and in the Department of Focused Inquiry for the University College.  Classes taught include English 101 and 200, Focused Inquiry 111 and 112, and Pseudoscience.  Her undergraduate and graduate degrees are from VCU.  They are a Bachelor’s Degree in English with a minor in Religious Studies and a Master’s Degree in Writing and Rhetoric.  While her educational background is firmly in the humanities, she also has a love for science and science fiction and brings that into the classroom, building a bridge between the humanities and the sciences for her students.
